Heather is a dedicated clinician helping clients heal and thrive authentically. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, she brings extensive expertise to her practice.
Heather holds a Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling & Psychotherapy with an Emphasis in Co-Occurring Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders from Adler Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Her advanced training includes Level I IFS (Parts Work), Level I and II Brainspotting, Couples Brainspotting, Level I and II Gottman Training, Treating Affairs & Trauma, Couples and Addiction Recovery, Emotion Coaching-Parenting, and certification as a Prepare/Enrich Counselor for premarital counseling.
Heather's approach is open, humorous, and transparent, fostering a supportive space for clients to express their feelings without judgment. She specializes in supporting couples, families, and adults with trauma, infidelity, parenting challenges, substance concerns in relationships, and co-parenting post-relationship. Sarah Ries, LPCC, LADC
Sarah is a dually licensed therapist with credentials as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). With training and experience in treating adults and teenagers with substance use and mental health disorders, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, she provides a holistic approach to addressing the often complex and interconnected issues individuals face.
Her humanistic theoretical orientation relies on strategies that focus on healing through relationships and connection with others, while utilizing a variety of evidence-based behavioral interventions and the transtheoretical model of change. Meri is a highly skilled clinical social worker with a Master's degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Haley is a caring and experienced mental health counselor with a masters from Capella University. Krista Yucuis, PsyD, LP
Krista completed her masters in Counseling Psychology from Capella University in 2015 and her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2020. Bringing years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, she has helped many people overcome depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, and the stress of life transitions. Krista is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to her clients, and currently welcomes individuals aged 16 and over. Clients younger than 16 will be considered if they are a good mutual fit.

Alexander Neverton, LPCC
