Currently we offer in-network benefits for: Hennepin Health, Medicare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, UCare, Aetna, and the Optum family of plans (UHC, UMR, Medica, and more). For Out-of-Network clients, we can provide superbills for submission to your insurance company.
